The new Social Security payments in the United States will be delivered in a matter of hours to eligible groups. These groups will be eligible for the April payment because they meet certain requirements.

Social Security payments this week in April
The Administration will send out new Social Security payments for April on the 9th. On this day, the second Wednesday of the month, only retirees in Group 2 are eligible to receive the check. So, if you’re in Group 2, you’ll have no trouble enjoying it.

- Have a check accepted since after May 1997.
- Have your birthday between the 1st and 10th of any month.

How much will the Social Security check be in April?
