Another snowstorm is expected to hit West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio beginning Friday and lasting through the afternoon and early evening Saturday.
Snowfall will be heavier in West Virginia’s high terrain, as well as in southern and western Tennessee, western Kentucky, and Arkansas.
Winter travel advisories and storm warnings are in effect from the Delmarva Peninsula to Texas, including the viewing area.
Winter weather advisories are in effect for the WOWK-TV viewing area, which means travel will be slow and potentially hazardous from late Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.
