“Stone Cold” Steve Austin barely dodged disaster on the second night of WWE WrestleMania 41. Austin arrived at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium on an ATV, like he has regularly done throughout his career.
While speeding around the ring and performing many laps, Austin accidentally crashed into the front row barricade as he was going to slow down, nearly hitting a woman standing at ringside.
Austin’s entrance came to an abrupt halt when he collided into the wall, which had a video board in front of it. The WWE Hall of Famer was spotted hastily checking on the people sat directly in front of him before hitting the ring. Later, WWE president Nick Khan came over to check on a woman at ringside.
Austin, whose WrestleMania 13 match with Bret Hart was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame last night, arrived before WrestleMania Night 2’s main event to reveal the show’s attendance figures. After making the statement and drinking some beer, Austin returned to the fan before returning backstage.
Cody Rhodes and John Cena, the undisputed WWE champions, headlined Sunday’s program.
