April 2025 will be a month in which both citizens with accepted SSDI checks and those with VA Disability payments can receive their monthly benefits.
The United States Government will send the check to both types of beneficiaries through their respective offices, so all we need to do is check the calendar to see when we can take advantage of the benefit in April.
So, keeping in mind that Social Security Disability Insurance, also known as SSDI, payments are made on one of four different days in the retirement calendar, we simply need to determine which group of retirees we belong to.
Similarly, the VA Disability Turkey is a little different in that it is distributed once a month to all beneficiaries.
SSDI payments in April 2025
If we want to mark on our calendar the day we can get our SSDI payment in 2025, we just have to take a look at the official Social Security payment schedule. There are four different payment days, although it is true that we can only get one of these payments each month.
So, SSDI checks will arrive on the following days:

| April 23 | Group 4. Retirees after May 1997 are in this group. Your birthday must also fall between the 21st and 31st of any month. |
Remember that if you do not have an SSDI payment but do have an old-age retirement payment, you can still receive this benefit because all payments of this nature are distributed on the same days to the various groups.
VA Disability Benefits in April 2025
Following these SSDI retirement payments, VA Disability beneficiaries will receive their checks on the first of the following month, as usual. As a result, the payment for this benefit will be sent on May 1, 2025. However, the payment for last March was sent on April 1st, so these citizens have only recently received their monthly benefit.
The payment is usually sent on the first business day following the end of the current month, but if that day falls on a holiday or weekend, it is sent on the next working day. This irregularity can be seen in May, when we will receive VA Disability payments on the 1st and 30th of the month.
