The White House says 'Good riddance' to Rosie O'Donnell after she quits America and writes an anti-Trump poem in Ireland

After actress and Trump critic Rosie O’Donnell fled the United States, the Trump White House said an unceremonious goodbye.

O’Donnell, who has been feuding with President Donald Trump since 2006, left the country just days before Trump returned to the Oval Office. The comedian revealed on social media that she is living in Ireland and is in the process of applying for Irish citizenship.

“It’s been pretty wonderful, I have to say,” the 62-year-old stated in a TikTok video published earlier this month. “The people have been so loving, kind, and welcoming. “And I’m extremely grateful,” she added.

Irish Taoiseach [Prime Minister] Micheál Martin visited the White House earlier in March as the United States prepared for St. Patrick’s Day, and a reporter asked him, “Ireland is known for very happy, fun-loving people. Why in the world would you allow Rosie O’Donnell to move to Ireland? I believe she will make you unhappy.

Before Martin could respond, Trump interjected and said, “That’s true; I like that question. Do you know that you have Rosie O’Donnell? Do you know who she is? You are better off not knowing.”

O’Donnell posted “Him,” a poem about her long feud with Trump, on her Substack the day before St. Patrick’s Day. A portion of it read: “Once a misogynist… always a creep, he went after me for years, and hasn’t stopped yet.”

She also mocked his fans, writing, “Those who love him think I’m the anti-Christ. “Those who hate him are my people.”

O’Donnell complained that “half of the country believes him to be the man they lied about on the apprentice.” He isn’t; he never was. Some may find it difficult to hear the truth, but reality is never featured on reality shows.

“Have a great St. Patrick’s Day. “Sending love from Ireland to all Americans fighting to save our nation,” she said as she finished her poem.

The Trump White House responded to O’Donnell’s poem with an exclusive comment to Fox News Digital: “Good riddance!”
