The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office is also planning a press conference next week in an effort to locate Mark William Wills’ other unidentified victims.
Wills was apprehended by the Marshals Service in West Virginia on Thursday after apparently fleeing, according to DA spokesman Manuel Gamiz.
Bucks County detectives discovered handwritten notes containing the names of online accounts associated with underage girls, as well as the false names Wills used to contact them, if he made contact with a girl and she provided nude images, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Detectives also discovered hours of cellphone video of Wills interacting with several apparently underage girls online from last June to January, according to the affidavit.
Authorities launched an investigation after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sent the DA’s office two cybertips about a user who shared multiple files of sexually abused children on the online platforms Kik and Snapchat.
The account’s IP address was traced back to the 300 block of Main Street in Hulmeville, where Wills lives, according to detectives.
The files contained several “selfie-style” images of a shirtless man with salt-and-pepper hair that appear to match Wills’ driver’s license image.
Wills allegedly conversed with the minors in the videos before directing them on which body part to show or what to do.
Apparently, videos show underage girls removing clothing and exposing body parts. According to the affidavit, videos showed Wills touching himself during the calls.
Detectives were able to identify a 13-year-old girl who exposed herself in a video, but the identities of the other minors are currently unknown, according to the affidavit.
In January, detectives executed a search warrant at Willis’ home and seized cellphones, USB drives, and handwritten documents.
The documents contained online accounts/identities for 11 teenage males, complete with dates of birth, email addresses, and passwords, as well as instructions for deleting online accounts and apps.
Wills is awaiting extradition. He is charged with seven felonies, including child pornography, disseminating a minor’s sexual material, and invasion of privacy.
