RACINE, Wisconsin – Investigators believe he is a high-level drug dealer who should be serving his sentence. On the day Juan Servantez was supposed to turn himself in, US Marshals say he fled.
High-level drug dealer on the run
What we know: The 52-year-old has a lengthy criminal history, including convictions for battery, fleeing from officers, and resisting, but is primarily known for drug dealing.
“He was arrested and found to be in possession of over 400 grams of cocaine and fentanyl and also over 2,500 narcotic pills,” he said.
Timeline: In 2023, Servantez faced a federal drug investigation. He entered a plea and was placed on GPS monitoring while awaiting prison. On the day Servantez was supposed to turn himself in, his GPS bracelet was discovered near the Racine County Jail, but he was nowhere to be found.
“He cut off his GPS monitoring bracelet and has now been on the run from law enforcement since,” Seeger told reporters.
Servantez goes by “John” or “Johnny” and has a tattoo of a woman on his forearm. Investigators believe he is a member of the Latin Kings gang with ties to Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee.
“With him being a large level drug dealer, it’s pertinent that we get him off the streets and serve his federal sentence,” the U.S. Marshal said.
Servantez is 5’8″ tall and weighs 175 pounds.
