Sandstone, WV – After many years of serving the Sandstone community, the Sandstone General Store and Eatery on River Road will close its doors on January 31, 2025.
In a Facebook post, the owners announced their decision after careful consideration, thanking customers for their support throughout the company’s journey.
Even though the storefront is closing, the company will continue to operate in new ways.
Delivery lunches, catering services, and individual and family meal preparations will continue to be available from a new location; more information will be announced soon.
The owners encourage the community to stay tuned for updates on their next steps as they pursue new goals.
