More Christmas lights in downtown Circleville!

The Circleville DBA and the Attract Tourism Foundation collected donations to help to replace the outdated Christmas decorations in the Downtown Circleville area.
Along with accepting donations, they sold “Home for the Holiday” t-shirts that “Ink My Logo” had created.
Downtown Circleville has long decorated for the holidays with a variety of wreaths. In recent years, the wreaths they displayed on the streetlamps have started to fall into disrepair, and some lights did not work as well as they used to.
The wreaths which have decorated the streetlights in seasons past are looking a bit worse for wear, and the DBA is replacing them with new light displays featuring a variety of illuminated holiday figures and garlands. The DBA has contributed to the purchase of these decorations, but they can cost up to $600 each to purchase. For the past couple of years and as the organization moves forward, they are seeking donations from businesses and the public to help offset the cost of this glittering project.
The Circleville Downtown Business Alliance started the process of collecting funds in 2021, so they could start to replace the decorations with festive new illuminated features and garlands that are not only nicer looking, but they are energy efficient. In 2021, they were able to purchase four new decorations from local donors. ations from local donors. This year they purchased 12 more decorations.
