Small shop inside Pickaway County Visitors Bureau

Many people who visit The Welcome Center comment that they were not aware we have a small shop inside. Pickaway County Visitors Bureau’s mission is to help showcase some of the things that make Pickaway unique. Store items feature products that are locally made or that have local ties. From postcards to jewelry to historical books, we have something for everyone on your shopping list.
Local honey is by far our most popular product. Local raw honey has many health benefits, including boosting immunity, aiding in digestion, antioxidants, and more. We have local honey from several local apiaries in the area, including Bill’s Beez, Circle Bee Apiaries, Creekside Honey Farm, and Honeyrun Farms.
Another popular item, especially for the holidays, is the Wardell Party Home Cookbook. This cookbook not only has recipes from the now-closed Circleville restaurant but personal notes and memories as well.
Of course, we also carry official Circleville Pumpkin Show Inc. merchandise year-round. Even with 2020’s show canceled, we had a lot of interest in all things orange this past year. Something unique you won’t see at Pumpkin Show for sale is the orange garbage toters, which are available by ordering from The Welcome Center.
We try to have various small gifts that complement the stores and items for sale in the Circleville Downtown Area. If you are looking for a local item, the chances are that one of our staff members can help you find it, even if it isn’t at our store.
Shoppers can stop in during regular business hours, shop online, or make a shopping appointment. Call us at 740-474-3636 for more information!
