Need a break from the house?

Are you needing a day outside? Feeling a little brain fog? Try getting out on trail around Deer Creek State Park. Discover the seven different hiking trails long, short, hilly or flat. They are well-marked by the parking lots and give you detailed descriptions of the length. The Marsh and Meadow walks are nice and short for those not wanting to brave the cold too long. The Rolling Hills and Van Horn will give you the workout you need to clear your head. Ridge, Waterloo, and Adena Ridge are nice this time of year with the leaves gone and the views are open to the sky. Come Spring the wildflower are abundant. Come and see the seasons change.
The park also has cabins, camping, boating, beaches, a golf course and a lodge for your adventures!
