Circleville’s Roundtown Trail offers year round access

Do you live near the Circleville City Schools, the Ohio Christian University or Pickaway YMCA?
You are near the Pickaway County Parks District Roundtown Trail. This 1.5 Miles of paved, flat, easy to roll, hike or jog path is outstanding for the person needing to get outside. The Parks District cooperates with the local University and Schools for the maintenance of this trail. This includes mowing and snow removal. So, no excuses in the winter for slacking on your exercise walking! Get out and have fun, enjoy the sunshine!
So, if you need a stroller friendly trail with lots of safe grass for the older children to run around in, the Roundtown trail is a great place to visit. Do you have someone in a wheelchair? Park at the YMCA or OCU for easy access to the trail. A shelter house on both ends of the trail make for a great place to start or end with a picnic.
There is the occasional bench for you to rest and enjoy the wet lands meadow or listen to the brook bubbling along the trail. Usually, the local schools are in session for a fun treat of watching baseball or soccer games.
