Pickaway Trail reopens with paved section

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio (Pickaway Cultivator) – The Pickaway County Park District is celebrating the reopening of the Pickaway Park Trail. Phase One, as they’re calling it, was finished and paved, running from Canal Road to State Route 104.
An official ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on September 14th at 12pm and was held at the trailhead parking lot just south of the Canal Park. After the ceremony took place, those who attended and brought their bikes went on a short inaugural ride down the trail.
In an email announcement, Arista Hartzler shared, “Thank you for all your support of the Pickaway County Park District and its parks and trails. We look forward to working with you to expand and improve outdoor recreation here in Pickaway County.”
